The problem

Buyers compare you on Google before they call.

Google handles more than 95% of searches in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. If your competitor's page answers the question and yours doesn't exist, the comparison happened without you.

01

Pages search engines can't read

Crawling, indexing, redirects and speed problems keep good pages out of results.

02

Searches with no page

Buyers ask questions your site has no page for, so someone else answers them.

03

Pages that don't say what they are

Weak titles, headings and structure mean Google can't tell what to rank them for.

04

Not quoted by AI

AI answers now sit above the links. Pages without clear answers and structure are skipped.

Rank for what buyers actually search

In detail

We optimize your website for search engines to help it rank at the top of Google’s results.

An SEO agency in Egypt earns you enquiries from people already searching for what you sell. The work has four parts: fixing what stops search engines reading your site, writing pages that answer real questions, structuring those pages so they can be quoted, and earning references from other sites. Arqam Web does all four, from Sheikh Zayed, for clients across Egypt and the Gulf.

Search engine optimisation is the work of making a site the best available answer to a question someone is already typing. It is not advertising. You are not renting the position, you are earning it, which is why it takes longer to start and why it keeps working after you stop paying for clicks.

Why does search still decide who gets the enquiry?

Because almost everyone starts there. StatCounter’s figures for August 2026 put Google at 91.1% of worldwide search, and the share is higher in our markets: 95.37% in Egypt and 95.76% in Saudi Arabia.

A buyer comparing three suppliers does not see your brochure. They see whatever Google shows them. If your competitor’s page answers the question and yours does not exist, the comparison happened without you in it.

What changed in 2026, and does SEO still work?

It works, but the target moved. Google’s own announcement on 19 May 2026 stated that AI Mode had passed one billion monthly users, with queries more than doubling every quarter since launch. People increasingly get an answer on the results page rather than a list of ten links.

That changes what a page has to do. It is no longer enough to rank. The page has to be quotable: a clear answer near the top, headings that match how people actually ask, a table the machine can read, and facts with dates attached.

We build every page to be both, because the same qualities that get a page quoted by an answer engine are the ones that convince a human reader who lands on it.

What are the four parts of the work?

Part What it covers What it fixes
Technical Crawling, indexing, sitemaps, canonicals, redirects, speed, mobile rendering Pages search engines cannot reach, read, or rank
Content What pages exist, what each one answers, and in which language Searches your site has no page for
On-page Titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, structured data Pages that exist but do not signal what they are about
Authority References from other sites, a consistent business profile, real published work A site nobody has any reason to trust yet

Most sites we inherit are strong in one of these and absent in the other three. An agency that only sells one of them is selling you a quarter of the job.

What happens in the first ninety days?

Period What we do What you see
Weeks 1 to 2 Technical audit, Search Console and Analytics set up properly, keyword and competitor research A written list of what is broken, ranked by what it costs you
Weeks 3 to 6 Technical fixes, site structure, on-page work on the pages that already have a chance Pages indexed that were not, and existing pages moving
Weeks 7 to 12 New pages for the searches you have no page for, structured data, internal linking Impressions on terms you never appeared for

Enquiries usually move later than impressions. Anyone who tells you otherwise is describing an advertising campaign, not search work.

How do you compare SEO proposals without getting burned?

Ask all of them the same seven questions, and compare the answers rather than the monthly figure:

  1. Which specific pages will you work on in month one, and why those?
  2. Who writes the content, and is it inside the price?
  3. Will I get access to my own Search Console and Analytics?
  4. What exactly do I receive each month, and on which date?
  5. What happens to the work if I stop after six months?
  6. Show me a site you worked on that I can open right now.
  7. What in my business would make you say this is not worth doing?

The last one matters most. A proposal with no honest limits in it has not been written for you.

What sets the price?

Four things, in roughly this order: how many pages need work, whether the content has to be written or only corrected, whether the site is in one language or two, and how competitive the search term is. A local service term and a national commercial term are not the same job, and a bilingual site is close to twice the on-page work of a single-language one.

This is why no serious SEO agency in Egypt quotes a single figure before seeing the site. A number given before an audit is a guess, and it usually gets corrected upwards once the work starts and the real scope shows.

Our pricing page sets out how we structure the cost.

What can SEO not promise you?

A position. Nobody controls Google’s results, and any agency guaranteeing a rank is either guessing or planning to rank you for a phrase nobody searches.

We also do not publish our clients’ positions or traffic figures on this page. Rankings move, and a number that was true when we wrote it would not be true when you read it. What we will show you is the work, live, on sites you can open.

And SEO does not fix a business problem. If the price is wrong or the offer is unclear, more visitors will only prove that faster.

Can I see work you have published?

Yes. Our portfolio carries live URLs rather than screenshots, including sites built with the search structure decided before the design. Open them and check anything on them yourself.

An SEO agency in Egypt, based in Sheikh Zayed, working across the Gulf

Our office is at 44 Central Axis, Al Saraya Mall, Lower Ground, Entrance 2, Sheikh Zayed, Giza. We do not have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai or Cairo, and we will not claim otherwise. Clients in those cities are served remotely: video meetings, WhatsApp day to day, and the same monthly reporting.

Arabic search work is a specific skill rather than English work translated. Word forms change, people search in Arabic and in Franco-Arabic, and right-to-left pages break in ways an English-only team does not look for.

Frequently asked questions

How long before an SEO agency in Egypt produces results?

Indexing and technical fixes show within weeks. Movement on commercial terms usually takes three to six months, and competitive national terms take longer. Anyone promising first position in thirty days is selling a phrase nobody searches for. Ask what will change in month one and judge the answer against that.

Is SEO better than paid ads?

They answer different questions. Ads buy visibility today and stop the moment you stop paying. Search work compounds and keeps returning traffic after the spend ends, but it starts slowly. A business needing enquiries this week should not rely on search alone, and a business building for years should not rely on ads alone.

Do I need new content, or can you fix what I have?

Usually both. Existing pages that already rank on page two are the cheapest wins, so we fix those first. After that, the gap is almost always searches your site has no page for at all, and no amount of editing an existing page fills a gap that size.

Will I keep the results if I stop?

The pages, the fixes and the structure stay yours and keep working. What stops is the compounding: no new pages, no new references, and competitors who keep publishing will pass you over the following months. Search work decays slowly rather than switching off.

Do you work on Arabic and English sites?

Yes, and we treat them as two sites sharing one structure rather than one site translated. That means separate keyword research per language, correct hreflang tags, and layouts tested in both directions. A bilingual site done as a translation usually competes with itself in search.

Do I get access to my own Search Console and Analytics?

Yes, as owner, from the first week. Any agency that keeps your measurement tools in its own account is holding your data hostage, and it makes verifying their reporting impossible. The properties belong to you whether or not you keep working with us.

Who actually needs this work?

A business with something to sell today and pages that can serve as an answer. The shop selling a product people search for by name, the professional firm a client compares against three others before calling, the manufacturer a buyer in another country is looking for.

And who does not need it yet: a venture that has not launched and has no site, or a business whose customers all arrive by personal referral and that has no plan to widen that. In both cases the money is better spent building the site first, and the search work starts on top of something that exists.
