The problem

Posting every day is not a strategy.

Most accounts confuse activity with results. The audience is there: what matters is showing up in a way that produces enquiries.

01

No objective

Every month tries to do everything and ends up doing nothing well.

02

Ads on empty accounts

Paid reach sent to a page with nothing worth seeing raises the cost of every enquiry.

03

Agency-owned ad accounts

When the engagement ends, you lose your data and your audiences.

04

Reports for show

Likes and reach with no cost per enquiry and no click-through rate.

What's included

A monthly system, not random posts

Monthly content plan

One objective per month, with topics and posting dates.

Design and copy

Posts and stories in your identity, written in Arabic and English.

Short video edits

Reels and short cuts from your existing material.

Paid campaigns

Setup, targeting, monitoring and optimisation. You pay the budget to the platform directly.

Reply framework

Ready answers and training so your team handles messages well.

Monthly report

Cost per enquiry, click-through rate and growth, with a source for every figure.

One plan. One objective. Every month.

In detail

We manage your social media accounts with planned content and campaigns built on a brief.

A social media marketing agency in Egypt turns quiet accounts into a steady source of enquiries. The work has four parts: a monthly content plan with one clear objective, production of the posts themselves in design, photography and copy, paid campaigns aimed at the right audience, and a monthly report of figures you can verify inside the platforms.

We are based in Sheikh Zayed and work with clients across Egypt and the Gulf. This page sets out exactly what we deliver, how we work month by month, and what we will not promise.

Why does the Egyptian market reward an organised presence?

The audience is already there. The real question is not whether to show up but how to show up in a way that produces something.

The DataReportal 2026 report on Egypt records 98.2 million internet users, or 82.7 percent of the population, and 51.6 million active social media identities, 43.4 percent. Advertising reach sits at 51.6 million on Facebook, 21.7 million on Instagram, and 48.8 million adults on TikTok, which is 65.5 percent of everyone over eighteen.

StatCounter’s August 2026 figures for Egypt put the split of referral traffic from social platforms at 83.66 percent Facebook, 11.12 percent YouTube and 3.71 percent Instagram. Read together, those two sources say something useful: TikTok has the widest reach for viewing, while Facebook still sends the most visitors to websites. The platform you pick should follow your objective, not fashion.

What the monthly service of a social media marketing agency in Egypt includes
The monthly deliverables.

What does the social media service include?

Here is what sits inside the monthly agreement and what is quoted separately when you ask for it.

Item In the monthly service Quoted separately
Content plan A monthly plan with topics and posting dates A full brand workshop or repositioning
Design Static posts and stories in your identity Building a visual identity from scratch
Copy Post copy in Arabic and English Website pages and articles
Video Editing available material and short cuts A shoot day at your premises, or AI video production
Paid campaigns Setup, targeting, monitoring and optimisation The ad budget itself, paid straight to the platform
Inbox A reply framework and training for your team Live all-day response cover
Reporting A monthly report of platform metrics A custom dashboard integration

The advertising budget is paid from your own account directly to the platform. We run the campaign without handling your money, which keeps the ad account yours along with its data and custom audiences.

How do we work month by month?

The common failure in account management is that every month tries to do everything and ends up doing nothing well. We work the other way round. Each month has one job, and the next month builds on what the last one proved.

  1. Brief and agreement: a session where we record what you sell, to whom, and what stops a customer buying today.
  2. Foundations: accounts and brand set up correctly on each platform, and a content system that can be repeated.
  3. Consistency: publishing on schedule first. No campaigns until there is something worth people seeing.
  4. Reach: once the content holds up, paid reach opens to a defined audience.
  5. Conversion: pointing that reach at one action, a message, a call, or a form on the site.

That is the exact order we followed with Kidana Travel, and the project page is published on the site with its phases and its metrics.

Five working stages used by a social media marketing agency in Egypt
Five months, one job each.

When does a social media marketing agency in Egypt beat an in-house hire?

It is a fair question, and the answer depends on the volume of work rather than the price alone.

An in-house person knows your product closely and responds fast, but one person is being asked to be a designer, a copywriter, a video editor and an analyst at once. Four different skills in one head, so they excel at one and struggle with the rest.

Hiring a social media marketing agency in Egypt gives you those four spread across four people, with cover during leave or resignation, and with judgement drawn from dozens of accounts rather than one. The trade-off is distance from your daily detail, which is why we always start with a recorded brief and return to it in every monthly plan.

The sequence that works for most clients: an outside team builds the system and the plan in the first months, then an in-house hire runs it once the volume justifies one.

Does the service cover every platform?

We do not work a platform just because it exists. We pick two or three with you where your customer actually is, because five platforms with average content is worse than two with good content.

Facebook and Instagram are the base for most service and retail businesses in Egypt and the Gulf. TikTok is added when the product suits short video and there is a renewable supply of footage. LinkedIn is added for businesses selling to companies rather than individuals. YouTube is added when there is long-form material worth a searchable archive.

A platform we cannot feed consistently is one we do not open, because an abandoned account does more reputational harm than its existence does good.

What do we need from you before month one?

Having this ready removes about two weeks of back and forth.

  • Brand files: the logo in vector form, colours and fonts, if they exist.
  • Product or service photos, and any previous video material.
  • A list of the questions your customers keep asking, which is the best source of content topics there is.
  • The offers or seasons you want the coming months to push.
  • Admin access to the pages and the business account, not a password.

We ask for admin access and never for a password. That protects your account and means you can revoke access the moment you decide to.

What is the difference between content management and paid campaigns?

Owners mix these two up constantly, and the cost of the mix-up is expecting one to deliver what only the other can.

Criterion Content management Paid campaigns
What it builds Trust and brand familiarity Immediate reach to a defined audience
Speed of effect Cumulative over months Within days
When you stop The effect lingers a while Reach stops the same day
Cost A monthly fee A management fee plus platform budget
Suits A brand building reputation An offer, a season, a launch

Advertising on weak content buys reach but not conviction. Good content with no budget travels slowly. Putting the two together is what produces a result you can measure.

How do you compare agency proposals?

Proposals look alike and differ enormously underneath. These six questions expose the gap in five minutes.

  1. How many posts a month, and of what kind? Twenty designed posts is not twenty quick stories. Ask for the breakdown by type, not the total.
  2. Who writes the copy? Ask for a written sample about your business, not a portfolio piece about someone else’s.
  3. Is photography inside the price? This is the line that vanishes from proposals and reappears as an extra invoice.
  4. Who owns the ad account? If a social media marketing agency in Egypt runs your ads from its own account, you lose your data and your audiences the day the engagement ends.
  5. What is in the report? A report with no cost per enquiry and no click-through rate is a report for show.
  6. Who will actually work on the account? Ask about the people, not the company name.

Any agency that answers those six plainly and without hedging is worth a one-month trial. A vague answer to any one of them is not a small detail, because it is the exact thing you will argue about later.

Who is this service for?

It does not suit everyone, and saying so is more honest than selling it to whoever asks.

It suits businesses with a product or service that can be shown visually, with the capacity to receive enquiries and answer them, and with a budget that can carry three months before judging. Clinics, restaurants, shops, travel companies, home services and new consumer brands all sit in that group.

It does not suit a business selling to government through tenders, or one that runs entirely on long personal relationships, or one that cannot answer a message within a working day. In those cases, spending on the website and on search brings more than spending on a page.

If you are somewhere in the middle and unsure, ask our opinion before you ask for a quote. We will tell you plainly whether a social media marketing agency in Egypt is what you need right now, or whether your priority lies elsewhere.

How do we measure results?

We work to metrics that appear in the platforms’ own dashboards, so a client can check any figure themselves at any time.

  • Cost per thousand impressions and reach per campaign.
  • Cost per click and click-through rate.
  • Cost per enquiry, which matters to a business owner more than anything else on this list.
  • Follower and engagement growth month on month.
  • Video views and completion rate.

Every monthly report states the measurement period by date and the source of each number. Figures tied to an individual client’s budget are never published on our site or shown to another client.

What happens in the first thirty days?

The first month is not measured in enquiries. It is measured by the quality of the foundation the following months stand on. Here is what happens, in order.

Week one is a recorded brief, a review of your current accounts and three competitors, and a read of what did and did not work in your earlier posts. It ends with a topic list and a written tone of voice your team signs off.

Week two is the accounts themselves: images, descriptions, links, contact buttons and business details on every platform. These small things decide whether a visitor trusts you or leaves, and many accounts lose people there without ever knowing.

Week three is producing the first full batch of content, reviewing it with you before anything is published, and building a dated posting calendar. Regular publishing starts this week and not before.

Week four is the first read of the numbers, the adjustments they call for, and the month-one report. In that report we say plainly what looks promising and what we suggest stopping, even when the thing we suggest stopping was our own idea.

Paid campaigns usually start in month two rather than month one, unless you have a seasonal offer that will not wait. Spending on an account that has not settled raises your cost per enquiry for nothing.

How do we handle negative comments?

This is asked about rarely and costs a lot when it is ignored.

Our rule is simple: we do not delete a comment for being critical. Deleting turns one complaint into a story, and the story travels further than the complaint. We remove what is abusive, obscene or promoting someone else, and that is written into the reply policy we agree with you in month one.

A real complaint gets a public reply in one sentence that acknowledges, apologises and moves the conversation to private messages. Public acknowledgement followed by a private fix is what the rest of your audience sees, and it builds more trust than twenty promotional posts.

What we will not do: write positive reviews in the names of people who do not exist, buy comments, or bury a bad rating under manufactured ones. Those things get found out, and when they do it is the client who pays, not whoever carried them out.

The reply framework we hand over covers the recurring cases in your business: price, delays, a product that did not match, the repeated delivery question. Your team can use it without coming back to us on every message.

What will we not promise?

Being clear here saves disappointment later, and it is the first thing we think you should ask any agency before signing.

We will not promise a follower count, because buying followers is easy, cheap and worthless. We will not promise that a particular post goes viral, because virality is not a line item you can buy. We do not take on accounts selling what should not be sold, and we do not publish images that break the modesty standard we hold ourselves to across everything we produce.

One ordering point is worth flagging. If you have no website able to receive a visit and convert it, spending on social fills your pages with engagement and leaves sales where they were. In that case we suggest starting with web design and development before any campaign.

Can I see published work?

Yes. The Kidana Travel social media project is published with its five phases, its deliverables and its metrics, and every figure on that page comes from the platforms’ own reporting for that period. The rest of our work sits on the portfolio page.

We would rather you judged the work from a complete project you can open than from slides in a deck.

A social media marketing agency in Egypt, based in Sheikh Zayed

Arqam Web is a social media marketing agency in Egypt as well as a web design and development company, based in Sheikh Zayed City in the Giza governorate. We serve clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Gulf. The work is done remotely with regular meetings, and we do not claim an office in any other city.

When you take more than one service, the same team handles the site, the social and the SEO. That means a social campaign lands on a page built for it rather than on a generic one.

What sets the price?

Social media work is quoted to scope, with no fixed published package, because one account with four posts a month and three platforms with monthly shoots and continuous campaigns are not remotely the same job.

The lines that move the price: how many platforms, how many posts a month, whether the work includes shooting or editing of existing material, how many languages, how many paid campaigns, and what level of inbox cover you need. Prices for our other services are published on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

How long before social media shows a result?

Paid campaigns produce reach and enquiries within days of launch. Building an account that reaches people without advertising takes months of consistent publishing. Our order is to stabilise the content first and then open spending, because advertising on an empty account raises the cost for no reason.

Do you manage the advertising budget?

We build the campaign, target it, monitor it and optimise it, but the ad budget is paid from your account straight to the platform. The ad account stays yours with its data and custom audiences, which protects you if you ever change who manages the work.

Which platform should I start with?

Start where your customer already is and where you can produce content consistently. In Egypt, Facebook still sends the most referral traffic to websites according to StatCounter in August 2026, while TikTok has the widest reach among adults according to DataReportal. Your objective decides the choice.

Do you work with clients outside Egypt?

Yes. We have clients in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The work is remote with regular meetings and a monthly report, and content is written in Arabic, English or both depending on your audience. Our office is in Sheikh Zayed and we do not claim a branch anywhere else.

Do I need a professional shoot every month?

Usually not. One well-planned shoot day often covers two or three months of material if it is shot with enough variety. Between shoot days we work with existing material, short edited cuts and designed content, which lowers the cost without breaking the publishing rhythm.

Can I stop the service at any time?

The agreement is monthly and can be ended with notice. The accounts, the pages, the ad accounts and the original design files stay yours, and we hand everything over in full when the engagement ends. We hold nothing back.

Start with one month

Send us your current accounts, what you sell and who buys it, and we will come back with a first-month plan, a clear scope and a price. One month is enough to tell whether our way of working suits you before you commit to more.
