Overview

How we transformed this business

Challenge

The Problem

A studio selling AI digital twins is selling something most of its visitors have never bought. Before anyone books a call they have to work out what the thing is, whether it will look like them or like a computer, and what happens to their face afterwards.

Strategy

Our Approach

We built the page around that sequence rather than around the services: show the twin working, take the system apart into its four layers, put the ownership answer in writing, then ask for the call.

Result

The Outcome

One custom-coded page carrying the showreel, the two offers, the four ways to buy and nine written answers. Still in testing, with design changes expected once the brand identity is approved.

Project Story

From vision to launch — every step, intentional

The founder wanted a site that presents the cloning service and the AI video production behind it: content made without the client ever standing in front of a camera. We built to his vision rather than proposing a different one.
The page had to argue, not list. We settled the order first: what the twin is, what it looks like working, how it is built, what it costs, who owns it, and then the booking. The layout was drawn to carry that order.
The site is custom-coded rather than assembled from a theme and a page builder. For a studio selling AI production, a page that moves like a template undercuts the pitch before a visitor reads a word of it.
We built the page to hold the showreel, the two offers, the four purchase routes and the nine answers, and loaded the material the founder provided into that structure.
The site is live and in testing. The brand identity has not been approved yet, and design changes are expected once it is. We are not calling this finished, and there are no results on this page.

What We Built

Performance & Delivery

One Page, Told in Acts

The whole site is a single scroll broken into acts rather than a menu of pages. A visitor who has never bought this before does not want to navigate; they want to be walked through it once, in order.

The Four Layers, Named

Face, Voice, Mind and Engine, each set out separately. Naming the parts turns a claim about AI into something a buyer can picture and ask questions about.

Two Offers Rather Than a Feature List

The Clone and The Twin, written as two different things a person might want, not as tiers of the same paragraph.

Four Ways to Buy

A pilot for a buyer who wants proof first, and three build levels above it. The pilot is the important one: it gives a sceptical buyer a way in that is not a leap.

Nine Questions, Answered in Writing

What it is, whether it will look like AI, how long it takes, what the client has to do, which languages, who owns the clone, what it costs, where the studio operates, and whether a likeness is safe.

Three Ways to Start a Conversation

A booking calendar, WhatsApp and Instagram. Different buyers reach for different ones, and none of them is a contact form nobody answers.

Behind the Results

Why this project succeeded

The Page Has to Explain the Product Before It Sells It

An unfamiliar service inverts the usual order.

Most service sites can assume the visitor knows what they came for. This one cannot. The structure spends its first half explaining what a digital twin is and showing one working, and only then talks about price. A conventional layout, with services and pricing near the top, would have been asking for a decision the visitor was not yet equipped to make.

Ownership Answered in Writing, on the Page

The question everyone has and few sites answer.

Handing a studio your face and voice raises an obvious question, and a buyer who cannot find the answer assumes the worst. Two of the nine answers on the page deal with ownership and with what happens to a likeness. Putting them where anyone can read them is worth more than any reassurance in a sales call.

Coded From Scratch, Because the Page Is the Demo

The medium is part of the argument here.

A studio selling AI-directed production is judged on how its own work moves. Building the site by hand rather than assembling it from a theme kept that under our control, and it is why the page reads as a piece of production rather than as a website about one.

Still in Testing, and We Say So

No results, because there are none to report yet.

The site is live and being tested, and the brand identity has not been approved. When it is, the design will change and we expect to rebuild parts of this page. Presenting it now as finished work, or attaching numbers to it, would be describing something that has not happened.
