We had already worked with this client for years on home services in Saudi Arabia: design, development and SEO. When he opened a dedicated pool business in Riyadh, he came back and asked for a site of its own.<\/p>\n
That history changed how we started. We were not learning his market from scratch, and he was not guessing at what we would deliver. We went straight to the competitor research, and the question we were answering from the first sketch was not “how should this look” but “what does a Saudi customer type when their pool has gone green, and what page should meet them”.<\/p>\n
So the search structure came first and the design was fitted around it. Most sites do this in the other order: build, launch, then hire someone to retrofit SEO into a shape that was never meant to hold it. Here the URL structure, the city coverage, the service categories and the schema were part of the build, not a phase after it.<\/p>\n
